I just listened to some of this, and I agree with the parallel. I've read a few books that touched on this idea, and I find it fascinating. Blockchain technology is very much like the printing press of our generation. And oddly enough, most of the information about it spreads through "decentralized" media platforms like Substack and Medium. In short, I agree that we will see a new renaissance as a result of the technology.
